Apple has released iOS 4.3.5 for iPhone 4 (GSM), 3GS, iPod Touch 4G, 3G, iPad 1 and iPad 2 and iOS 4.2.10 for Verizon iPhone 4 (CDMA), whereas both of the iOSes include security fix for certificate validation issue.

Warning: User with unlocked  and jailbroken iDevices must stay away from this iOS update.
