Yandex released Yandex Translate app for Windows mobile devices, that let allows users to translate phrases and whole texts to and from more than 30 different languages. Yandex Translate for Windows Phone 8 is available free for download via Windows App Store. To work with this app you must have an internet connection, although it saves your previous translation history which you can access in offline mode.
